As the Aluminium
Processing Plant, we have considerable experience in mechanical
working and finishing of aluminium shapes.
Our offer includes 10 basic types of
fronts produced from various aluminium shapes. However, since we
apply sashes and several types of glass as well as handles manufactured
by us, we can offer far more solutions.
You may choose from three standard services we offer:
- full service (you receive an assembled frame together with a filling,
ready for assembling),
- fitted for individual assembling,
- sale of shapes ready for individual production of fronts with
the use of specialist machines,
We suggest the following application of fronts:
- hinged doors (laid-on doors, twin-doors, let-in doors),
- drawer doors,
- flaps,
- sliding doors.
Depending on a front application, we offer you an adequate wearing
iron that we supply together with a frame ready for individual assembling
in a piece of furniture. We can also prepare a shape for
the assembly of guides, hinges or servo-motor produced by Blum,
Hettich, Salice and Hetal
(or other manufacturers -after the technical consultation).
These are hints necessary for fronts designing:
1. all shapes are equipped with a seal that is
adapted for a filling 4mm thick,
2. the minimum distance from the frame edge to
the midpoint of the hinge is 75mm,
3. the minimum front height is 250mm for drawers
is 130mm,
4. narrow frames (Z-1, Z-5, Z-8, Z-10) cannot be
used for laid-on drawer fronts,
5. the application of sash:
- it strengthens the construction of frames,
- it makes it possible to use several fillings for
one frame,
- decorative purposes.
We have our own furniture inside and outside sliding system for
sliding doors of the maximum weight of up to 20 kg
and the maximum height of up to 1,5m.
6. We offer the following types of glass:
mastercare (squares), masterligne (lines), transparent glass, matt
glass (sand-blasted), satinato (etched), masterpoint, matt flutes,
brown glass (smoky), mirror, dekormat (etched).
7. Handles: "ZOBAL":
U-1, U-2, U-3, U-4, U-5, U-6, U-7, U-8. Standard sizes: 20, 40,
60, 100, 150mm.
